Thank you for choosing our handcrafted, custom-made phone cases. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please read the following information carefully:

**Customization and Shipping**

This product is entirely handmade. The production period is approximately 7–10 days, and the item will be shipped within 15 days of your order.

When placing your order, please be sure to specify your phone brand and exact model in the message or notes section (we support major models from brands such as iPhone, Huawei, Samsung, Google, and OPPO).

Production schedules are arranged based on the order sequence and volume. Should the specific phone case model be out of stock, we will issue a refund; we appreciate your understanding.

If production is completed ahead of schedule, we will arrange for shipment as soon as possible.

**Product Craftsmanship**

The phone case is constructed from TPU and PC materials with an epoxy resin finish, offering scratch resistance, water resistance, and drop protection for comprehensive coverage. The total weight is approximately 40g.

If a specific accessory is temporarily out of stock, we will substitute it with one of a similar style that does not compromise the overall aesthetic.

**Handmade Nature**

Each phone case is meticulously handcrafted; slight traces of the handmade process are inevitable, and the occasional tiny air bubble within the epoxy resin layer is considered normal. We strive to minimize these occurrences during production to ensure the best possible result.

**Returns and Exchanges**

As this is a personalized, custom-made product—with production commencing immediately upon order placement—we do not accept returns or exchanges, nor do we support order cancellations or refunds.
